Safety Code
Luxe Care Safety Code
Your safety. Our therapists' safety. No exceptions. You agree to this code before you book.
What we offer
Luxe Care provides strictly professional, non-sexual, therapeutic and relaxation massage. Nothing else is offered, implied or available, at any price.
Your conduct
- No sexual comments, requests, touching, gestures or exposure, even as a joke. This includes messages before or after your session.
- Undergarments stay on. You are draped with a fresh linen at all times, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Genitals, and breasts for female guests, are never massaged or uncovered.
- Please don't book if you are drunk or under the influence of drugs. Your therapist will not start, or will end, a session if you appear impaired.
- No photos, video or audio recording of your therapist without their clear consent. Visible home security cameras are fine, but please tell us when you book.
- Keep doors to the treatment area unlocked. Pets should be secured.
- Another adult may be at home. Anyone in the room must be the booked guest, or a companion you told us about when you booked.
- One booking covers the guest(s) named. Time can't be split among extra people who weren't announced.
- Treat your therapist with respect. Tips are optional and cashless only, through your booking page. Our therapists never accept cash.
Who can book
- Guests must be 18 or older. Your therapist checks your name against a government ID on arrival. The name must match the booking, or the person booked for.
- We verify your mobile number with a one-time code when you book.
- New guests whose session starts between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM are asked to upload a selfie holding their ID before we send a therapist.
Zero tolerance
If this code is broken, your therapist will end the session immediately and leave. After our team reviews what happened:
- no refund is given;
- your account and contact details are permanently banned;
- we will report sexual misconduct, threats, violence or any suspected exploitation to the police or barangay, and will cooperate with them.
Your therapist may end any session if they feel unsafe, are disrespected, or the setting isn't as booked (for example, extra people, weapons, drugs, a minor, or an unsafe space). We will contact you and handle it fairly.
Your health
- Massage is a wellness service, not medical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it does not replace care from your doctor. Your therapist cannot give medical advice or medication.
- Please complete the health check honestly. Tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, fever or infection, blood clots or varicose veins, heart conditions or high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer treatment, skin conditions, open wounds, allergies (including to oils and nuts) and blood thinners.
- Do not book while you have a fever, a contagious illness, a rash, or within 48 hours of a serious injury. Reschedule for free with at least 3 hours' notice when you're unwell.
- Prenatal: offered from the second trimester (week 13) onward, with a clearance note from your OB or doctor, side-lying only, by a female therapist. Not available in the first trimester or for high-risk pregnancies. Hot stones, ventosa (cupping) and some essential oils are never used during pregnancy.
- Tell your therapist at once if anything hurts or feels wrong. They will adjust or stop.
During every visit
- Your therapist checks in and out in our app, and a session timer runs. If a therapist doesn't check out on time, our team follows up.
- Therapists have a one-tap alert that reaches the supervisor on duty.
- Fresh linens for every guest, hands sanitised before and after, and oils from sealed or pump containers.
