How to book a home service massage online
The steps below match the live booker at /book/: Where → Treatment → Time → Details & pay. Prices, transport fees and available slots appear before you pay.
1. Tell us where — pin your GPS location
Choose your city (Makati, Taguig/BGC, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pasig including Ortigas, or Manila: Malate, Ermita, Sta. Ana, Paco, Sta. Mesa). Say whether we are coming to a home, condo, hotel or office, then enter your full address plus gate or lobby instructions.
Pin your exact location on the map. Use the location button for GPS, or tap and drag the pin onto your building. The pin is required so your therapist finds the right entrance. If GPS is only approximate, drag the pin yourself. Areas outside Zone 1 and Zone 2 are not bookable at launch.
2. Choose your treatment, duration and add-ons
Pick a massage and length. The minimum booking is 60 minutes. Options include Swedish Relaxation, Shiatsu, Thai, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Prenatal Comfort, Luxe Signature Hilot and Hot Stone (Hot Stone from 90 minutes). Full prices: /services/.
A short health check comes first. Tick anything that applies; unsuitable treatments (for example Hot Stone in pregnancy) are blocked. You also consent to us processing that health information under the Data Privacy Act (privacy notice).
Optional add-ons—extra time, aromatherapy upgrade, hot stone add-on, hot compress, foot scrub, head and scalp ritual, ventosa and more—show their price and any extra minutes in your running total.
3. Pick a live available time
The calendar only shows times a therapist can keep. Each slot already includes a one-hour travel buffer. First start is 11:00 AM; last start is 10:00 PM. Every session, including add-ons and extensions, must end by 1:00 AM. Same-day bookings generally need about 90 minutes of lead time. Returning guests can request a therapist they liked when that person is free.
4. Personalize, agree to the Safety Code, and prepay
Choose female, male or no preference; light, medium or firm pressure; and focus areas (neck, shoulders, back, legs, feet). Add your name, Philippine mobile and email for the receipt, booking link and reminders.
Agree to the Luxe Care Safety Code: strictly professional, non-sexual massage; undergarments stay on and you are draped; no sexual comments or requests; respect for your therapist; an adult (18+) present; one booking for the named guest(s) only.

Before your therapist arrives
After payment you get a confirmation and a booking link—use it to track status, reschedule or cancel, tip and rebook. Reminders go out before your start.
Please clear a bed-sized space with walking room around it; arrange building or hotel access that matches your pin and notes; shower beforehand if you can; and reschedule if anyone at home is unwell. When your therapist is heading over, the booking page shows on the way, then arrived, then in session. For their privacy and safety, we never show therapist photos to guests—you'll see their first name before they arrive (and gender if you chose a preference). Photos stay in their confidential 201 file, visible only to the owner and supervisors.
Arrival and setup: what we bring
Your therapist arrives in Luxe Care standards of dress, confirms their first name with you, checks pressure and focus areas, and sets up in the space you cleared. (They may show their own ID at a condo or hotel desk—we still do not send their photo to you.)
Every visit we bring: fresh laundered linens and towels; massage oils from sealed or pump containers; hand sanitizer and basic hygiene supplies.
You provide the space and access. Hotel visitor fees, if any, stay the guest’s responsibility.
During your home massage session
For oil massages you are draped; only the area being worked on is uncovered. Shiatsu and Thai can be fully clothed. Undergarments stay on—that is part of the Safety Code. Speak up anytime about pressure, temperature or areas to avoid.
Sessions may be extended in 30-minute steps when the schedule allows; extensions are paid in-app, not in cash. If the Safety Code is broken, the therapist ends the session immediately and leaves; after our team reviews what happened, there is no refund, the account is permanently banned, and we may report the matter. Therapists who feel unsafe may leave and are still paid for the booked work. In an emergency, call 911. When time is up, everything is packed away and the therapist checks out in the app.
After your session: rate, tip and rebook
From your booking page: rate the visit (we never invent reviews); leave an optional cashless tip—100% goes to your therapist; and rebook, requesting a favourite when they are free. Hydrate afterwards. Mild tenderness after deeper work can happen; lasting pain should be checked with a medical professional—we provide wellness massage, not a diagnosis.

What we offer. Luxe Care provides strictly professional, non-sexual, therapeutic and relaxation massage. Nothing else is offered, implied or available, at any price.
Your conduct
- No sexual comments, requests, touching, gestures or exposure, even as a joke—including in messages before or after your session.
- Undergarments stay on. You are draped with a fresh linen at all times, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Genitals, and breasts for female guests, are never massaged or uncovered.
- Please don't book if you are drunk or under the influence of drugs. Your therapist will not start, or will end, a session if you appear impaired.
- No photos, video or audio recording of your therapist without their clear consent. Visible home security cameras are fine, but please tell us when you book.
- Keep doors to the treatment area unlocked. Pets should be secured.
- Another adult may be at home. Anyone in the room must be the booked guest, or a guardian or companion you told us about when you booked.
- One booking covers the guest(s) named. Time can't be split among extra people who weren't announced.
- Treat your therapist with respect. Tips are optional and cashless only, through your booking page.
Who can book. Guests must be 18 or older. We may ask for a government ID on arrival; the name must match the booking. We verify your mobile by one-time code. Your therapist will check your first name on arrival.
Therapist privacy. For your therapist's privacy and safety, we never show their photo to guests. You see only their first name before they arrive (and gender if you chose a preference). Photos stay in their confidential 201 file for the owner and supervisors only.
Zero tolerance. If this code is broken, your therapist will end the session immediately and leave. After our team reviews what happened: no refund is given; your account and contact details are permanently banned; and we will report sexual misconduct, threats, violence or any suspected exploitation to the police or barangay, and will cooperate with them.
Your therapist may end any session if they feel unsafe, are disrespected, or the setting isn't as booked (for example, extra people, weapons, drugs, a minor alone, or an unsafe space). We will contact you and handle it fairly.
Your health. Massage is a wellness service, not medical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it does not replace care from your doctor. Please complete the health check honestly (pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, fever or infection, blood clots or varicose veins, heart conditions or high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer treatment, skin conditions, open wounds, allergies including oils and nuts, and blood thinners). Do not book with a fever, contagious illness, rash, or within 48 hours of a serious injury—reschedule for free with at least 3 hours' notice when you're unwell. Prenatal: from the second trimester (week 13) onward, with a clearance note from your OB or doctor, side-lying only, by a female therapist; not in the first trimester or for high-risk pregnancies. Hot stones, ventosa and some essential oils are never used during pregnancy. Tell your therapist at once if anything hurts or feels wrong.
Hygiene. Fresh linens every guest; hands sanitized before and after; tools wiped between guests; oils from sealed or pump containers.
