Privacy notice

We collect your name, mobile number, optional email, service address, map pin, booking notes and (when you tick them) health answers only to deliver and support your booking. Payments are handled by PayMongo; we never see or store your card details.

Your therapist sees your first name, address, pin and health answers from 12 hours before your session until it ends, and your phone number only while en route or on site. Staff access is role-based and logged. Guests never see a therapist photo—only a first name.

Health answers are deleted 360 days after your session. Your exact map pin is deleted 360 days after your session. Late-evening selfie+ID photos (when required) are deleted within 7 days. Safety incident records are kept for 5 years.
