Booking & cancellation policy

Hours

We're open every day. The first start time is 11:00 AM and the last start time is 10:00 PM. Every session, including add-ons and extensions, ends by 1:00 AM, so later starts only offer treatments that finish in time.

Payment

Full payment is taken online when you book. Full refund if you cancel at least 12 hours before. 3–12 hours before: 75% refund. Under 3 hours or after your therapist has left: a 50% refund. Unpaid bookings are held for 10 minutes and then released.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule online up to 3 hours before your appointment, up to 1 times.

Cancellations

Full refund if you cancel at least 12 hours before. 3–12 hours before: 75% refund. Under 3 hours or after your therapist has left: a 50% refund. If we cancel, you always get a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Therapist safety

Our therapists provide professional, non-sexual wellness treatments only. Any inappropriate request ends the session immediately without refund.

Extensions

Sessions can be extended in 30-minute steps (₱399 each) when the therapist's schedule allows.
